One of the major reasons why we work is to get money because money solves most of our daily needs ranging from feeding, clothing, shelter and any other thing you could think of.
On this article, I'll be talking about some of our Nollywood actors who have already built a name for themselves in the Nollywood industry.
So we will be talking about how some of these actors looked like before they became famous, as I will comparing their old pictures to the recent ones.
1. Ken Erics
Ekenedilichukwu Ugochukwu Eric Nwenweh (popularly known as Ken Erics) was born in Kano, Nigeria on February 28th, 1985 to Igbo parents, Eric Chukwuemeka Nwenweh and Grace Ifeyinwa Nwenweh, both from Enugwu-Ukwu in Njikoka local government area of Anambra State. He is actor, writer and musician.
2. Bolanle Ninalowo
Nino B as he loved being called, lived the first 15 years of his life in Nigeria where he got his primary and secondary education. He later relocated to Chicago where he spent another 15 years. He studied Accounting at Devry University and studied Marketing at Keller Graduate school of Management in America.
3. Mofe Duncan
Mofe Duncan is a popular Nollywood actor known for his roles in blockbuster Nollywood movies. He is best known for the roles played in movies such as The Three Kings, Talking Dolls, and Love Like a Fire. He was born on 28th May 1983 into the Christian family of Professor J.T.K Duncan and Mrs. Molly Thomas.
4. Nonso Diobi
Nonso Diobi is a famous Movie Actor, who was born on June 17, 1976 in Nigeria. Nigerian actor and director who became staple of Nollywood cinema, appearing in more than 150 movies during his career. Some of his most notable films include 2007’s Next Door Neighbor and 2015’s The Last 3 Digits.
5. Mike Ezuruonye
Mike Ezuruonye rose to prominence in Nollywood for his diverse acting skills. He is celebrated as one of the finest Nigerian actors, directors, and filmmakers.
For his consistent and excellent performance in the Nigerian movie industry, Mike Ezuruonye has received several nominations including the ones he got for Best Actor in a Leading Role and Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2008 and 2009.
6. Alex Ekubo
Alexx Ekubo (born Alex Ekubo-Okwaraeke; 10 April 1986) is a Nigerian actor and model. He was first runner up at the 2010 Mr Nigeria contest. Alexx won the Best Actor in a Supporting Role award at the 2013 Best of Nollywood Awards for his role in Weekend Getaway.
7. Yul Edochie
Yul Edochie (born Yul Chibuike Daniel Edochie 7 January 1982) is a Nigerian actor, named after popular Russian actor Yul Brynner. He is from Anambra state Nigeria, the son of Nigerian actor Pete Edochie. He was raised both in Lagos and Enugu. He is the last of 6 children. He got married at the age of 22. He attended the University of Port Harcourt, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts.
