Chelsea may be losing some key players in the upcoming transfer window and Thomas Tuchel will be looking forward to find a replacement. Reports reveal that Chelsea continue to show interest in Aurèlin Tchouameni. Tchouameni has been on Chelsea radar for some time now. football.London reported in January that the Blues spent more time looking at the As Monaco midfielder than any other club have.
'Tchouameni ' was a former Bordeaux midfielder who arrived at
Monaco for a fee of around £16m in January 2020. He's proven to be
phenomenal with his excellent performances. He offers dynamism with his
dribbling skills and willingness to shoot in advanced positions.
The 22-year-old is reported to leave As Monaco in the summer and he's under contract with the club until 2024. According to French football reporter Santi Aouna, Liverpool have made initial contract with "Monaco " midfielder, Tchouameni. However, Real Madrid have been linked with the midfielder in recent years, but the Los Blancos may have their attention shifted to the development of the youngster Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde. Additionally, Madrid interest in Kylian Mbappe continues to intensify which may nullify their pre-interest in Tchouameni.
Chelsea will have to work extra harder to beat Liverpool in signing
the said midfielder, however, the Blues hope that the club will be sold
to the right bidder so that they can splash money in the upcoming
transfer window.
